Community Advisory Boards

The DC CTU sponsors three Community Advisory Boards. Each CAB aims to increase community input from individuals whose identities and experiences are centered in HIV research: men who have sex with men (MSM), transgender people, people living with HIV, young people, women, and people who inject drugs. The mission of the Community Advisory Boards is to integrate community involvement in the Clinical Research Sites (CRS) in order to advance HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C research. The overall mission of the HIV Prevention Community Advisory Board is to to represent the broader community, concerned citizens, stakeholders and concerns of study participants in the development and implementation of HIV prevention science.

In the future, we will post event agendas and accompanying materials (such as presentations and other resources) below.
